Default Check engine light with fault codes

I'm getting the check engine light now. After having VAG-COM hooked up to the thing, the following fault codes came back:

17530 - O2S Heating, B2 S2, Open Circuit
35-00 - -
17548 - Bank2-Sensor Internal Resistance Too High
35-00 - -
17883 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump, No Signal
35-10 - - - Intermittent
16544 - O2S B2 S2, No Activity
35-00 - -

A brief bit of history:

A few months ago the dealer was in my car replacing (unrelated) things. I assume that they had to detach the oil vacuum line in the process. After I left the dealer the Check Engine light was on that time. After taking it into the dealer, they said that the oil vacuum hose was detached. Apparently they hadn't clamped it on properly. They reattached it, and the problem went away.

So after that issue did they reset the fault codes? OR are these New errors?

Default Sequence as follows:

1) Get various work done to car. (January)
2) Check Engine light comes on. (January)
3) Dealer fixes vacuum hose -- resets codes. C/E goes away. (January)
4) Check engine light comes on recently. (May)
5) Fill up gas several times. No change. (May)
6) Obtain fault codes and reset codes. (Today -- thanks to Zach)
7) C/E light comes back on.

Joe, I would clear the codes and see if they reappear.
