Default Check out the new shoes...the Anti-Bling rims.

Finally got these Kosei K1-TS's from startup racing today and the picture doesn't do justice. The finish is a light gray but it looks darker in person...very nice looking.

I was straight up SHOCKED when I was lifting up these packages to put inside. I could hardly believe that rims were actually inside the box. They are supposed to weigh a whopping 15.5 lbs and that's exactly what they weighed in at on my scale.

Compared to the heavy *** stock Avus's (28lbs) these things are like feathers...I can lift one rim up with my pinky. Proud to say these are the lightest rims i've ever purchased and the price was incredible ($940 shipped - 17x8's).

Let the weight savings begin!

Kosei K1-TS Rims: 50 lbs of rotational mass removed.

In the course of this summer, 250+ lbs will be removed without disrupting any normal luxury comforts.

Default I'm curious to see how these rims hold up...

Are you planning on using them for daily driving or just for track days?

I've been eyeing those rims. How does the finish/quality appear?

Must say they look much better in person (flash ruins the pic). Extremely nice! Daily driving rims

Default The only thing keeping me from getting them is ruining the whole "sleeper" aspect of my car

but the weight savings just might be worth it.

Default Thing is...these rims are not showy at all...I think it's very stealthy considering the fact that

they're still 17's.

I'll do a write up of the difference in steering feel, handling and acceleration (if any) in a few.

Just what I need, to drop another un-needed G into my S4! I look forward to the results.

I'm tempted too! Congrats! Not unlike frencjas, I want to maintain the stock look.
