UK lease tyres are a joke you get Continentals which are NFG for anything, they only run at 40psi !
They are so soft and bendy they reduce cornering speed by 25% ! i removed mine in 2 days

Goodyear F1
I have a set of Goodyear F1 that I removed for the S4 because of usure. The center part of the tires are clean (not used) but the borders(external part both sides) are burned to cord. I do not see this effect on the yoko (probably the 245 are for something also).
Any way, (R)S4 are burning front tires like hell.
I will probably be able to use a set of Pirelli in 6-7.000 Km. With a little goodwilling, it shoul be possible.
