clutch not engaging

clutch not engaging
for some reason my clutch won't engage,
i checked the reservior and its full. if i double pump the clutch, it will go into gear. when i do get it into gear it shifts fine on the highway, but when i do a complete stop, double/triple pumping the clutch is the only i can get into gear. is my clutch going or did i break some springs on the pressure plate? any insights or ideas? what kind of aftermarket clutch would you people suggest? thanks.
