Default how do you intend to drive it? strip / hard launches? i 'd say CM Stg 4. DD + road course

driving? CM stg 3

i have CM stg 3 & k04/rs6 w/ ASP fueling. no issues so far . . . <knocks on wood>

i'm too lazy to look it up, but Stg 3 they say is 110% higher than stock and Stg 4 is 170% higher than stock. that might be a general figure for all their Stg 3/Stg 4 clutches, though <shrugs>

Default have you dynoed ur car?

how much power r u making? i plan on takin it to the strip a few times and launchin it on the street hard a bunch of times.. hard decision bc i already have a fidanza aluminum flywheel sitting in my garage and i know u cant use that with stage 4. but if the the clutchmasters stage 3 can only handle like 460whp its prob not worth the risk.. i want to make as much power as i can on k04 without touching the internals.. was thinkin 2.8 heads, asp manifolds, homebrew fueling, and epl tune.. is this setup gonna be too close to the 500whp mark? (time to beef up rods and valvetrain) would love to hear any feedback! thanks!

Default go straight to stage4, 6 puck ceramic disk and be done with, also

might want to get the LWFW as a package.

Default no dyno. still tweaking the code some. i'd go w/ Ah10 and say CM Stg 4. iirc, same price as

CM Stg 3. i thought the Fidanza worked or that it could be modded to work with the CM clutches.

Default No experience with the CM's, but you might want to consider the ASP Full Feramic clutch...

for that level of hp. A full feramic surface disperses heat better and the engagement is near stock like. After the SPEC quickly fried in my setup, we replaced it with this option and have not had an issues to date. Now...if your feeling more ambitious about your intended hp level you could consider a twin disc setup that ASP just developed.
