Default CM stage 3 or Vast ceramic hybrid..

I am getting all parts together for stage 3. Which one should I go with between the CM stage 3 or Vast ceramic hybrid? Need to order soon and I will probably be running at the track so I need something that will take the abuse/high rpm launches and not let go on me. I was also hearing about South Bend clutches.. more info would be great. BTW , I will be using stock FW. TIA

Default I'm using stock FW + VAST Ceramic....

it's a great clutch for street use, and excellent at the track (road courses). However if I was dragging the car on the 1/4 mile, I'd go for something stronger. I've been able to make the ceramic slip a few times by not dropping fast enough/too many RPM's.

For my uses, it's the perfect clutch and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Default I got SB Stage 3 ..

with Fidanza LWFW and RS4 pp. It works great and pedal feel is light and smooth. Great for daily/track use.

Default South Bend by far...CM feels like a Honda clutch to me. Not enough feedback. SB

feels like stock but holds great. And I track the my car and am hard on the clutch. My wife drives it to work ALL the time and has never complained. Not a fan of the Vast either as it the release is TOO sudden for my taste.

Default Tony, if you are going for heavy launches and high hp applications, the SB Kevlar/FEramic disc...

would be awesome as opposed to the FE/FE. You could also try out the brand new set up with the Sachs racing pp, that will put you in a whole other ball game. That might be overkill though. You're not stg 3 yet are you?
