code help please: 18010 pwer supply terminal 30: voltage too low

Default interestingly enough, im not running higher boost anymore

i cant break 17psi.

i wonder if this low voltage and low boost have anything to do with each other being that my avcr is hooked up to that terminal.

Did you pull ECU or disconnect battery?
