Depends on what you want. If you want a stealth look, I would go with silver. That's what I have. If you want your car to stand out get the santorin blue. This is totally subjective though

hey, im getting cactus green with onyx interior, tomorrow night in fact, and it looks really really good, light at day, almost black at night, and you only need to tint the windows a little for them to look real dark, check it out

I have Silver/Onyx and would do it again, but I'm also 33, spend too much time at suretrade.com, and drink Merlot. Were I 19, I'd be all over the Nogaro or the Yellow.
Also depends on what kind of girls you're hoping to run with. Some high-class wannabes will roll their eyes at your Nogaro or Imola car, while others may wrinkle their nose at your "boring" silver car. (Dag, I still remember freshman/sophomore college chicks pretty well, huh?)
Overall, I doubt the S4 is a babe-magnet anyway... But I truly admire your good taste in German performance cars
