Your rotors are more than likely not warped. STFA RE: bedding pads
Unless you're getting fade, you don't need to touch your braking system. To improve braking performance, I'd go with a more aggressive pad, that's going to be the best bang for the buck. OE rotors are vented, so you're not going to gain much/anything from aftermarket OE-sized rotors. Floating rotors will get you basically nothing except reduced weight.
I would try your current setup with some better street pads. If you're fading that setup, you'll need a BBK....in which case I'd recommend Alcon or Brembo. I really doubt its necessary unless you're tracking your car or you're absolutely tearing down mountain roads with repeated heavy braking.

I wouldn't suggest upgrading your rears with stock HP2 calipers up front
You're just going to make the car more unstable by moving bias rearward. I've found with my 328 Alcons up front that I get a lot of rotor wear in the rear w/ my upgraded Alcon rotors because they're probably too big and don't get up to temp. That and the car can get a little squirrly under heavy braking when there's good grip.

I've seen what happens to Stoptech, 993TT and Alcon setups after hard use
The Alcons are the only thing worth putting on the car if you're serious about a BBK, imo. The other stuff is total crap.

Thanks!
I've read about bedding and have tried it, but it didn't fix the shimmy I get. I think I will try turning the rotors with a more aggressive pad, then if I start tracking regularly, I'll get a BBK setup. Thanks for the input!

Here is an example with the abrassive pads
I have to worn you. The abrassive dust that those very
abrassive track pads produce will ruin your rims if it stays
there for aa long time. Clean them immediately after you
take out the abrassive parts if you go with this plan.
Drive it with hard braking for a day until they are clean
and take them out and wash the rims.<ul><li><a href="http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=299783&highlight=">What I did with my bimmer's brakes</a></li></ul>
