Default Man it sucks that you guys are having such problems...

i took mine out to test and put the stock ones in to see what i felt. I wound up kissing my forge valves as i put them back in saying "let's never fight again!" (in my best homer simpson)

rl, have you done a vaccum test? Baking your valves isn't exactly a scientific method of testing.

Default From driving my car today and yesterday, the performance seems fine.

I drove a good 30 miles or more testing the Forge replacements vs. Stock Bosch....the performance seems fine. The topend seems better with the forge. Here's my impressions from yesterday.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/313516.phtml</a

Default Isn't it kind of cool there today though? It was only 68F in Houston this morning...

...and that's going to create underhood temperatures many degrees less than it will when it's 105F in the summertime, and it's already been noticed with the last batch of Forges that they stick more when hot.

Default That doesn't mean the valve is not sticking.

If the valve is not completely shut, the turbos will spool up enough to compensate for the leak.

Quick Reply: considering returning Forge valves as it seems batch 2 is also sticking...
