Default If your uprights are aluminum, they are silver. If steel, they are black (think iron). If you're
still not sure, stick a magnet to it. If the magnet sticks, it is steel. If not, it is aluminum.

Default I did mine a few weeks ago and your right the sleeve separated from the upright
and it was a pain.

Default Got my Febi/Bilstein kit from Pure Motorsport. Excellent quality and pricing
ECS has the Meyle kit, which is junk, IMO.

Default Where did you get the new sleeves?
If I have to change them out again this would be a good thing to know...

I never seized the heck out of the tapered pin before reassembly so I hope they just pop right out next time...
