Hi,
I did a search but found nothing as I don't want to bug by posting repeats.
So, anyone use Evans coolant (formerly Meca) in there S4?

I had it in my Scirroco once but I blew that motor with NOS so I never really tested it.

Whats that?
The Meca stuff is a complete replacement and has a higher boiling oint so heat transfer is more consistant.
But since you mention it, i will read up on G12 red stuff.

data sheets. I think the G-12 spec calls for a phosphate and silicate free coolant; which the Havoline meets. I've used this coolant in several non-GM cars due its superior chemistry and have had good results.
