I have to add fluid to my tank about every week, no more than a pint.
There are no visible leaks and when I remove the cap when hot it has pressure.
Any one have this situation? It's a relatively new phenomenon.

Maybe an internal leak...any white smoke from exhaust or milky oil on dipstick
Smoke is a sign of a coolant in combustion chamber and milky oil is a sign of coolant and oil mixed.
Both are bad.
