So back in October I posted about significant coolant loss and <a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2506960.phtml">oil contamination </a>
Once I got that report, I changed the oil (2500 mi interval) and put in some Bars Leaks a couple days later. Within 3 days of adding that stuff, my coolant level stopped dropping. I've monitored it very closely ever since, and it hasn't budged.
After 550 miles on that oil I did another analysis. I'm guessing the lingering contamination is from the coolant still leaking for a few days into that oil, as well as residual contaminated oil not flushed out with the oil change. Here's the most recent report. I will do another analysis at another 500 miles interval.

The water in the oil turns into milkshake sludge jello that will stick everywhere inside the upper areas of the valve covers and manifold. If you haven't changed the oil multiple times within a few tanks of gas (and it gets expensive!) it's a good thing to do. Hopefully the bar's stuff holds true.

he saw the other engines with the "cheese/yogurt" deposits on the inside walls .. there is quite a bit (and that is mostly coolant) :

i tore my motor apart and change all the gaskets so i cleaned it up .. and i used some cheap castrol oil too for 1 500 oil change .
since you didn't do that u can go for 1 or 2 300 mile changes and it should be ok imho.(go to walmart or even home-depot)
it's prob ok now that you already changed the oil since the test.
just don't go crazy spending too much $ on good/expensive oil..

powder/liquid/heavy-duty and did you add it to the expansion tank? how much did you add?
I've got an intermittent leak from the water pump area but I had TB and water pump replaced less than 20K ago so i'm not keen to have to tear the thing apart so soon.

and it'll slosh around enough to mix well. Its a liquid in a gray bottle...radiator stop leak or something like that
