Default Could a bad ECT cause hesitation at WOT?
Archives show it can cause poor cold starting (an issue), and random misfires (also an issue), could it also cause hesitation at WOT (got that too)? Also experiencing engine knock - doesnt sound related though. ASP St3.

Do you mean EGT sensor? if so, I beleive it can...

Default It's a hell of a troublemaker for only being a coolant temp sensor. Might as well try replacing it.
Buy OEM. I got one from PureMS and it failed within 3 weeks.

ah- my bad. the Coolant Temp Sensor is an easy fix- might be worth a try?
