I heard the oil from the K&Ns can destroy your MAF.

If it had too much oil on it, yes. We've seen them come "wet" from K&N.

Default It's their business if they are.
MAF's tend to go with our without a k&n. Extra oil on the filter may be to balme as well. Which maf do you have? Bosch or hitachi?

Default I have a Bosch. The only thing is I put the filter in about 2 weeks...
ago and the check engine light came on...ran a VAG and MAF was one of the things that came up.
