Default I'm very glad you are happy, but the combination of conservative boost and rich AFR seems odd...

You are definitely leaving a considerable amount of power on the table.

An AFR closer to 12:1 across the board along with 21 PSI sustained to redline could make a difference.

Default I gave no instructions to Al...I just let him do his thing with Mark.

I personally wouldn't do 12:1 on a dyno myself. I'd rather be a little more conservative...11.25:1 or 11.5:1. This is right around 11:1 which is still a bit rich. But it's not too bad.

Default On what experience and/or knowledge are you basing this thought process?

Many cars, including my own, have and do run more boost with a significantly leaner fuel mixture while performing extremely well and remaining completely safe. My car has incredible timing and low knock/correction with 23 PSI tapering to 21 PSI and an AFR ratio running at/near 12:1. With 93 octane or better, this is readily attainable.
