V1, laptop with wireless internet, GPS, CB, Scanner, Lidatek, Tire Gauge, for tires(especially in
New Mexico and Nevada, two way radios. Plenty of cash for speeding fines. Recently drove coast to coast and all items were helpful.

What is the best way to do the wireless internet? I have a mac powerbook. Use a cellphone as modem?
The only way I know how to go online is to go to a hotspot.

Sprint provides wireless internet along most major interstate Hiways . You can purchase PC cards
that work with Pocket PC's and laptops. Cell Phones can be used also, but the PC cards are sweet. Speeds upto 144K(ISDN-like speeds).
