Default Cure for changing radio stations?

Does everybody lose their radio station (by a couple of 10ths) when they restart the car. Is it linked to the alarm being set? Has the dealer ever been confronted with the problem?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Default Haven't seen that, but my cd player is flaky

I have the in dash player (no changer) and occasionally it will be playing a song merrily along, and suddenly jump back to the beginning of the song. No clue on that one. Also, occasionally the cd player display in the dash will blink off like I turned off the stereo. It seems to stay off until I either switch to radio or turn off and back on; then it comes right back. Anyone else seen weirdness like that?

Sounds like a flakey electrical connection... make sure wiring is seated

I skip to the next song and the CD dash display comes back. Happens with changer also.

Its a known problem. Radio has to be replaced to fix it. More than half the people I know with S4's have had the problem or other electrical problems related to the radio.

Personally, I have that one, and the mysterious blanking out display problem. Recently I started having a "lets skip to the next song" problem too.
