IL will eventually issue a warrant for your arrest. IN will pick that up.

If they do, the points will transfer. In PA, we get transfers from NJ and DE. If it doesn't, you will loose your driving privalages in IL until it is taken care of...worst case, a bench warrent will be issued and if you ever get stopped in IL or a reciprocating state, you will be hauled in...

I speak from experience on this one.... small town NY state ticket recieved and payed back in 98 enter 4 years later, Nov 02 driving in NJ (who transfers with NY) get stopped at a random sobriety checkpoint... trooper runs my numbers... warrent in NY... I get arrested, brought in,,, my GF had to drive home, sort through all kinds of all papers, get a cancelled check, and get it back to the court house.. what a pain in the *** it was.
