Call AoA or go to another dealer.

Default The AoA told me to pay it first, and send the receipt and another form with a reference # to them(m)

To get a case review, to decide whether give me the refund or not...

Default That's what dealer told me....then

I contacted Pirelli...they'd cover half at DirectTire, but DirectTire charged 2X as much.

So I found a pair on eBay that were slightly used...got those for 130 shipped....THEN I went into Dealer for 10k service. And they said, "do you know you have a bubble on your sidewall?"

Duh?!?

So they offered to replace...Ever since the Ford/Firestone incidient, Audi is a little paranoid.

Call up and tell them that other dealers are doing it based on AoA memo that's floating around.

Call Bernardi of Natick, MA and ask for service tech.

Default you should file a complain to AoA... all my dealer in norcal said the same thing.. but AoA pay

me in the end.. I got 600 dollars from them for the 2 wheel that blow up in less then a 1k of driving when i get the car in March 2000(and i got pilot sport). i heard about the free tire replacement, then i call them and they told me just send in the receipt.. and then they send me a check shortly after... and this is something like March 2001!!!(i call/file).
