the bum had at least a mile of free space in front of him. He wouldn't move over. When he finally did move over, he gave me the bird and flashed me for about another good two miles. He even followed me off the exit ramp and to the gas station.
He got out of his car and started yelling and screaming. I flashed him my 45 and he backed off and left.
Moral of the story, I don't flash anyone anymore because it triggers some freaking weird road rage in people. I just try to find another way around them now. It's not worth it.

i agree about finding a way around the bums. i do try to give a left lane loafer ~5-10 seconds to do the right thing and get over. however, in that time, the other fast traffic behind me in the left lane usually says eff it and passes on the right anyway preventing the loafer from moving over. *sigh* how expensive are helicopters anyway? :-P

I'll usually draft the loafers, keeping a 2-3 car distance. Close enough to say MOVE, but not close enough to **** people off. I'll position my car so my bumper is in their rear view, and their left side view mirrors. Oddly, that seems to deliver the message just as effectively as flashing my lights, without the road rage reaction.
Of course, after 5-10 seconds, if they remain oblivious, I just go around.

I did hit 140 on that strait away after the oaks PA exit on my way back to KOP once :-P
People are idiots on that road, half the time it cause they're on a cell and have no clue other then to stay a certain distance between them and the car in front of them, if they're going 65 or 35 they cant tell the difference!

Everytime I go through CT, I find myself cursing at car after car...all for the same reason...they are loafing in the left lane oblivious to everyone around them!
