DAMN Ricer!!! passed me up at crazy speed in residential area...
continues to zigzag through lite traffic. thought about going after but my better judgement took over. THANK GOD!!!
after a bit, I see smoke up ahead and low and behold, I see the the '90ish prelude blowing smoke resting on the middle island turn 180 around. windshield smashed in, parts everywhere. damn punk not only survived, he was running towards the truck he'd hit. looking at the wreckage, i'd thought he had been seriously hurt...fortunately no one else was hurt. this is on hesperian blvd after crossing industrial pkwy for those familiar with union city/hayward area. I hope he'd learned a lesson. I sure did...

yup...but I know that street well...there's always lite traffic there...school at that corner also.
kids are always crossing the street...thank god he didn't kill anyone. I was gonna wait until police get there to tell them what I saw.

I think a VERY GOOD rule to live by is...
the moment the other cars on the road become mobile chicanes...it's time to quit. It's one thing to be side by side on an empty street but using cars as cones is just plain stupid. I've done it and kicked myself afterwards.

it's in the vehicle code. If you witness an accident you're obligated to stop and BE a witness.
