This is seriously pissing me off now. I've done multilpe pressure tests trying to track down leak(s). I replaced the throttle body boot (which was actually fine, unripped, but replaced with new one anyway). Just put in brand new 710n's...installed Vast's MBC to control the spikes from an unknown leak (temporary). Also replaced my spliced hose (to read boost) from the FPR with an unspliced hose since the T fitting was leaking.
Now, I can no longer hear any hissing sound while doing a pressure test (yay!). BUT, I still have a BOV sound in between shifts and when I build boost and let off. It's coming from the passenger side area. Everything is tight, clamps were all checked and on tight from the N75, TBB, FPR...what the hell else could it be????
This is depressing...

Havn't checked the bottom IC connectors but if they were leaking don't you think I'd hear an audible hiss during my pressure tests?
What else could it be?

I've run my GIAC chip for a long time before this and I never got a BOV sound - so this is new, I wouldn't blame it on my stock airbox :-( ...also, no holes in it either ala darintake.
