My family is going to purchase a new S4. Are there any dealers in the Bay Area that may be willing to sell under MSRP for a MY2001 order? Which dealers have you guys had good experiences with and which ones should we aviod?

Well . . .AVOID ROYAL MOTORS in S.F. They messed my order twice!!! I would suggest Diablo in Concord (talk to Lloyd) or Livermore Audi (talk to Mark Fleming) They are both sales managers and I know they at least deal at MSRP. Trying to get below that is purely on your shoulders! Good luck!

the best i could find was MSRP at Diablo i think and stevens creek (biggest in bay area but long wait...8-9 mo. one guy told me)

i'm getting mine in LA @ MSRP cuz the wait isn't as long down there i think...

Butts Acura Audi in Seaside seems pretty good. They have a shorter wait than Stevens Creek and better customer service ( Like they seem to actually want my business). I was 6th in line since February at Stevens Creek and third in line at Butts last month- still waiting for my order to be placed at either one.

The archives have tons of stuff about the Bay Area dealers...I suggest you check them out. I am not trying to be nasty about answering this question...but after answering it no less than about 100 times over the past 3.5 years...I think you get my point. Do a search on Diablo, Carlsen, Rector, and Anderson-Behl.

Again, make sure you talk to Ernst before ordering with anyone else. Experience the difference. Over 50 forum visitors have bought specifically from Ernst...and his lines are no where near the lines at Anderson Behel. He sells S4s for MSRP...
