Dealing with Audi

Dealing with Audi
I myself have been trying to deal with Audi, and have found the experience wanting. For six months I have spoken to,E-Mailed, and written to everyone I could. I am not sure that Audi has a customer relation departement. My latest adventure has been to write a letter to a Mr. Hunt who is Audi U.S.A. . One month has gone by and I have not received any correspondence from him. I wonder if he is actually fictitious. This S4 is my first Audi, based to how I have been treated it could be my last. Re: Dealing with Audi
The issue I have with my S4 is tire related. My car was delivered with Bridgestone tires. These tires are deplorable. I believe that even though these tires speck out correctley, they are incorrect for this application. I am experiencing a roll over condition when cornering aggressively. Tire air pressures are correct. I am wearing the sidewalls of the tires. I also believe that a tire that is more square shouldered is required. I have asked everyone from the service manager to the VP of Audi for help. Not one single person has actually taken the time to look at my tires during the six months that I have been complaning. All that has been done is to pass me off to another name within Audi. Len Hunt has apperantly chosen to ignore me also. What to do?
