After running quite lean at 15 psi 'til redline (see link below), I dialed the MBC to 10 psi hoping to work up from there. However, looks like I don't have much room to go...that is, if I want to keep IDC below 100% and A/F rich enough for safety.
RS4K04s (clearanced/port/polished), p/p exhaust manis, AWE ICs, MBC in parallel with N75, GIAC-x v.8, 91 craptane, 57F ambient, sea level. Caveat: I sat on the side of the road for 10 minutes to get computer setup, resulting in 130F IATs across the board (versus <90). Doh! Forgot about that. FYI, CFs 8 or lower and EGTs 765 or lower (compare to CF at 11 and EGT at 815 before). 2nd-3rd gear pulls together.
For those of you wondering why I am running such low boost with nearly a Stage 3 setup - I (1) haven't had time to install fueling and (2) want to see what the max boost levels the stock fueling can handle in my situation out of curiousity.

Something is *definitely* fvcked up. You shouldn't be over 100% d/c at K03 chipped boost levels.

And I'm not over 100% DC....I'm just below it for 10 psi. KEep in mind 240 g/s airflow (versus 220 max with K03s). More air = more fuel needed for same A/F.

rich up top now, especially considering you don't need a rich AFR due to the efficiency you're running at. I'd raise it at least 2 PSI, probably closer to 4.

The reason I felt comfortable with this level was the 99% IDC. I have to get more comfortable with exceeding 100%. Call me a wusspod. So, what are IDC's on a GIAC Stage 2+ car up top?

Look at how a stock S4 runs pretty damn lean at WOT. The turbos are in the heart of their efficiency and it's not necessary for a lot of extra fuel to cool things down.
Mark P or others have posted in the past about GIAC K03 X chip duty cycles. I'm trying to get through work over here so can't search but just realize that your g/s are lower than what a regular K03 X chip car would see. If you want to be conservative that is fine, but you're being overly conservative IMO. You can *easily* bust out 280 g/s on stock injectors and FPR without even the slightest worry.
