Don't be afraid of 110-120 %DC, however i wouldn't suggest going past 120% DC @ red line. As long as u r not leaning out because of lack of fuel, for logging and setup its ok.
U r running a bit rich at Red line but that is fine and somewhat normal from what i have learned. It will get fixed or get better once u setup ur boost.
rem BOOST is the main thing, then its O2 @ about 0.865-0.87 in mid range rpm.
U may want to pull the ecu and log again, if ur logging in dif weather conditions then the o2s will be different from each other.
Example, if u log in 60 deg w/ 70 hum and then again in 80deg w/ 40 hum the o2s will look dif. the narrow band o2s are sensitive to weather. u want to stay on the rich side so when the conditions change ur still in the safe range.
IMO, try to get 4 fats runs in same condtions to see how o2 look, the avg is what i like to see @ 0.865-0.87.
Once u get boost set and reasonable o2 setting then look at CF and see if u can lower it by pulling fuel and lowerING o2 readings. REM. U R USING NB O2S AND THEY ARE NOT VERY ACCURATE, I WOULD SUGGEST USING A WIDE BAND O2 FOR FUNE TUNING, LEANING OUT.
Good luck and be patient, stg 3- is a bit tricky imo.
