Here's the scenario:
You have a choice of 2 S4s...one is a 2000 with low mileage(under 40K), couple minor mods, excellent condition..but out of warranty, nonetheless.
The other is a 2001 with over 60K mi., which has quite a bit more mods, but the owner has performed all the costly maintenance(new timing belt, water pump, control arms, *turbos*) and is in great condition but needs very minor body work to rid of a couple noticeable sratches. Also, no warranty.
Both cars are privately-owned.
So, say they are equally-priced, which one do you think I should consider? Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks homies.

I have peace of mind that he's replaced all the problem issues with the car...BPVs, TBB, turbos, control arms, then also the timing belt and water pump. The mileage becomes less of an issue.
The only factor that would sway me to take the stockish 2000 would be that it has the silver alcantara, which I really want as opposed to the blue alcantara on the higher mileage 2001.
Decisions, decisions...
