I've seen some guys using a magnetic foam strips that snaps on the side of your car at parking lots so you can try to avoid those door dings from careless drivers.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Any info on where to get them, which is best, etc?

magnetic pad, with foam and color matchedplastic on top, like the foam knee boards and such. About 1foot tall by 3-4 ft.
