Discount tire shows some nice 16" wheels for under 100 with 35 offsett. S6 replicas? Do they fit S4?

Are you talking about ATP S5's?
These rims look very much like the stock S4 wheels except in a 5 spoke version and no center cap? If so, they do fit. I have a set of 16" ones that I use for my winter wheels.

Don't know about those....
The problem with 16" rims (and other rims) is that they don't always clear the width of the brake caliper. Most of the 16" wheels I've seen fit because their spokes bump out to clear the caliper. These S6 replica wheels you found don't seem to do so. That makes me think them might not work. If you like the look of the stock wheel and are looking for a 16" wheel that will fit you might want to check out the S5's. BTW, ATP changed its name to AT Italia, so you'd be looking for AT Italia S5's. Mine cost me about $130/rim last year and were about the cheapest I could find.
