I post more on AZ, but anywhooo... I was putting together a built 605 car. On tuning day, two things held us back from proceeding. Threw a code for crank/cam incorrect correlation and cam pos sensor. Crank and cam sensors are new so after logging we found out that the pass side cylinder head was 6 degrees off, most likely due a bad tensioner.

Second thing we found was a boost leak from the passenger side inlet. Realized the o-ring on the inlet broke and went bent one fin on the compressor wheels. Took the car home and thought everything over. After some thinking, I decided to send both 605s to tial, have them completely rebuilt with new CHRA, rebalanced and upgrade to 770s.

Before I get my 770s, me/Johnny Bravo(Tial) need to sell my remanufactured 605s in a brand new kit. You will get a brand new set of hardware/lines with remanufactured 605s. You will be buying this through Johnny, not me, so they will be covered/warrantied the same way a brand new kit would.

Retail for the 605 kit is 2975.47. Me/Johnny(Tial) are offering this 605 kit, covered as if it were new, for 2600. Thats cheaper than rs6s which dont even include new lines/hardware and only 400 more than BW k04s w/o hardware or lines. Sounds like a deal.
