This is a picture from his picture poster:

So he could get the full amount for them....
I've learned a few lessons here:
1. Even though you email and speak on the phone, don't think that you're getting what you think you are.
2. Never, never, buy used wheels without seeing them first.
3. Don't send a check to somebody you don't know....I guess I didn't think he would stop communicating with me after we talked a few times and emailed many times.
4. People with stories like "my grandmother died and I had to bury her in France" should go to hell.

And offered to sell me the wheels with tires on them.....but in the end, I told him I have my own tires.....and then when they showed up, they had repairs on three wheels (the ones that showed up 10 days after the first wheel)....cause he was getting them repaired!
But he stated that wheels of america repaired them more than a year ago.....they were totally crummy repairs, and they weren't even cleaned.
Just mis lead me every step of the way.

death in the family.
His family should stop him from selling things, it is not good for their longevity.

I've seen those wheels in the past and they looked fine. How much did you pay for them?
Paul has sold a lot of stuff to a lot of folks here with no issues. He practically gives stuff away. He's a good guy and before you start crying on the forum, you better have some proof.

...or track my car with them.
As I mentioned, we had great communication, he said he shipped all the wheels, but only gave me a tracking number for 1 package. Low and behold it was only one wheel.
When I got the other three wheels, it was a week later, the FedEx tracking showed them as being sent a week later (he claimed that FedEx left them at the shipping center, but he did not provide those tracking numbers) and when they arrived, there was aluminum filings all over them and they were dirty as could be.
They never had tires mounted on them after the repairs (which he confirmed) and it appeared nobody cleaned them after the repairs. What repair facility would not clean them after a repair?
He NEVER once mentioned that they had been repaired.
Hey, I've tried to contact him NUMEROUS times on the phone and via email, but he won't respond.
I'm not even slamming him, just trying to get some money back or return the wheels.....he said he would take them back after I complained.
But low and behold, he's nowhere.....but he did say he went to France to bury his Grandmother, that's why he didn't get my phone calls, but his phone was on.
I'm just trying to lay out the facts as I see them, I'm really a reasonable guy.
I guess $1225 was too good to be true.....they need $1900 in repairs to get them back to working order.
Paul, if you're out there, please contact me.
