Do EBC greenstuff pads chunk at the track? What is the temp rating for stock pads?

Do EBC greenstuff pads chunk at the track? What is the temp rating for stock pads?
I am seeking some track pads for use with the stock rotors, but don't want to go with full race pads that will grind up the rotors. I was considering EBC greens, but if they chunk like the stock pads then I will go a bit more aggressive. The EBC greens are rated for 550°C - does anyone know if this is higher than the stock pads?
What track pads are recommended for stock rotors? I have searched the archives but most recommendations are in the form of "I use pad x - it is great." Has anyone done a comparison between more than 2 of the pad brands? Pagid orange pads have been recommended to me, but it seems that most people with these pads are using aftermarket rotors.
Finally, which pads are plug-compatible with the wear sensors? I know that the EBCs are not.

From looking at EBC's site, I'd say the Redstuff pads might be better for you....
IDEAL TRACK DAY PADS!!
suitable for light to medium race applications, fast road usage by heavier cars and track day use
Prices start at $69, up to $109 for larger pads
EBC's semi-metallic Redstuff formulation is a true asphalt race pad with medium lifetime and a friction level of about 0.3µ steadily rising to 0.33µ at 750ºC. Redstuff is very kind to brake discs and can be used on highway vehicles for extreme duty use as well as on race cars.
Redstuff gives longer pad life under extreme road conditions
Features and Benefits of Redstuff:
* friction co-efficient starting at 0.3µ and rising to 0.33µ once warm
* medium initial bite with friction steadily increasing with heat
* heat stable to an incredible 750ºC
* low disc abrasion
