if your tie rods are still good and just need to adjust them I would spend sometime spraying them with PB blaster.I removed the outter tie rod from the upright so I could elevate it and sprayed it and let it soak overnight.I also bought a 18mm crowfoot from Napa which helped turn the adjuster without striping the inner tie rod.<ul><li><a href="http://www.napaonline.com/MasterPages/NOLMaster.aspx?PageId=470&LineCode=NHT&Par tNumber=NCL18M&Description=Crowfoot+Wrench">ht tp://www.napaonline.com/MasterPages/NOLMaster.aspx?PageId=470&LineCode=NHT&Par tNumber=N
