Do S4 manual trans cars have trans oil cooler? I didn't think so, but my allroad 6MT does
started turbo swap yesterday and wanted to totally remove the front clip. 2 extra lines into the radiator just like a tip. Interesting. Maybe due to towing options?

IIRC B5 RS4 has an manual trans cooler.

FYI. most of those part can be order for DSY tranny, it available at your local dealer
part for DSY and all road will be different, but DSY part line can be order from local dealer
