Do stock S4 B5 springs fit on B5 passats?

May buddy is claiming they do and would like to buy my old S4 springs...just thought I'd ask. I told him I didnt think they did.

No.

The fronts will physically fit, but it'll look terrible on the car. The rears are too different to even consider.
