Default S4 and A4 (both B5 and new B6) are 5x112 bolt pattern; I think the neuA4 offset is ET43 ...
... the S4 (and B5 A4) is ET45, so basically it's the same. : )

The offset of the 17" sport 02' A4 wheel is 45mm.

Default Cool ... thanks. I thought I read somewhere the offset on '02s had changed slightly ...
Tire size has changed, however, from 225/45/17 to 235/45/17 ... right? : )

Yep, the tire size is now 235/45/17.
