Does anybody have downpipes for an S4 Tiptronic?

You may need to hollow out your stock downpipes, and get O2 simulators.
When this question was asked several times previously, the response was that there were no tuner downpipes for the Tiptronic S4.
Some people suggested that removing the pre-cats from the stock downpipes would provide a performance boost, but that O2 simulators would be needed. Apparently, the LS1 Camaro crowd (and maybe Corvette folks also) are familiar with O2 simulators.
