does anyone know the amendment to the IC Mister write up for a 2001 and up
I am old badge 2001 but there is a different wire to connect to the injector or something. please advise.

i plan on writing one from my recent install....but have not had the time to work on it
probably will have something comprehensible in ~2 weeks.
the wire mentioned in DonP's article didn't exist in my wiring harness. my recommendation is to remove the connector at one of the injectors and pull back the rubber cover to see what color the positive wire is (mine was brown with green stripe for the forward-most injector on the driver side...not sure what injector # that is)...and then slice that wire in the harness and use an ohmmeter to verify that it's the right one. if it is, then tap that for the controller and you're good to go.

not sure, haven't had time to do any real tests
but i trust DonP's test results. the electronics are definitely working, though, since it's draining my reservoir tank automagically. 
now it's just a matter of tweaking the settings to get the maximum benefit from the cooling effect from the misters but to not have them on when unnecessary.
