Default Does anyone know how much it'll cost to replace the clutch?
If it's expensive, I might as well kill my clutch now intentionally so I can get a free replacement before the warranty runs out!

Default Nope, I glazed it really bad once, but nothing street miles couldn't fix.
I can't believe all the abuse it's taken. I don't see why anyone should blow money on an aftermarket clutch. IMHO.

Default actually don't know about MY2000, but in the 2001 manual its says wear/tear items
including the clutch are not covered...who knows though...depends on dealer?

It's not part of the new vehicle warranty; it's under the Audi Assurance maintenance program.
