does anyone know if a flashed ecu can be swapped with another ecu for a different car?
i.e. (hypothetically) if my ecu had been flashed with X for an M box, could i sell the flashed ecu to someone with an m box car, or are they locked into the car somehow?
note: i do not have a flashed ecu, just wondering if flashed ecu's can be swapped with ecu's from other cars.

No reason why you can't, but you may want to read the upgrade policy.
