I plan on keeping my S4 for a long time (said the same thing about my 97 A4), and was wondering if audi has an extended warranty available for the S4. If they do, how much is it and what is included in the coverage?

I was told Audi does not have any extended warranties.

There are third party companies that provide them, I had one on my Celica seven or eight years ago, saved me a $4000 repair, which payed for itself pretty easily. I think it was $650 or something. I assume there are companies that can provide the same for the S4.

I got a quote from my dealer of 2200 for 5 yrs/75000 miles, factor warranty, their cost is 1700
