No, not made by Audi - TT seats have to fold forward by law as per Type Approval Certification

Default Those are the normal aftermarket Recaro mounts. Maybe their dealership happens to offer....

no recaro stitching tho, not the same like the ones from recaro at least, which is kinda nice

It says Recaro in the leather but I don't think it's stitched in.

Default they were the seats that were OEM on the special edition TT. the one with the Black roof.
came with a black roof, alcantara pole positons with alcnatara wheel, no rear seat...

I'll see if I can dig up what edition it was.

yeah if the leather was done afterward they could have covered up the stitching
