does bypass V sound like the blow off V?????..help me out...

Maybe this will help you...
blowoff valve = releases charged (compressed) air into the atmosphere, making a noise when it does it
bypass valve = releases charged air back into the intake -- technically it makes a similar sound, but it highly muffled since it makes the sound in the intake :-)

Our cars were designed to be closed-system -- hence BYPASS valves.
so technically bypass valves are "better" for them.
With enough reworking and fiddling, you can get blowoffs (or hybrid blowoff/bypass valves) to work... that's not to say it will be "as good" for the car as pure bypass valves, tho :-)
