Does the ethanol in sunoco 94 make it an 'oxygenated' fuel? I'd say yes....right?

Yeah, ethanol = oxygenate. It's also what helps raise octane, their race fuels are oxygenated too.

Default alcohols, ethers, ketones, & esters all qualify as 'oxygenates'

Their primary purpose is to lower HC emissions in older cars.
