Does the factory paint have a different warranty that 4yrs/50k miles?
i have two tumors growing underneath the hood paint.... looks like rust underneath the paint. it had to have happened in the last 3 months since i havent washed it for that long and just noticed it from washing the car last weekend.
anyone have the same experience?

I guess that an unfixed paint chip might fall under neglect. But he said...
that he was getting 2 "tumors", that leads me to believe it is rust blistering under the paint, hence corrosion.

I'm not sure that's necessarily true, though the jerks at AoA might make him wait...
until it rusts all the way through. I think other companies, like Honda or Toyota, would take care of the problem now.
