Does the new lower-oil-pan include an oil sensor, or just transfer from the old oil pan?

Does the new lower-oil-pan include an oil sensor, or just transfer from the old oil pan?

If so, I guess I'll have to pick-up an oil sensor o-ring (or gasket) too.

If I chose to drain the oil, is there a shield that I need to remove 1st?
