Default No. IIRC when I did mine, you need that plastic piece turned even more counter clockwise. The

spring on that tab should be almost completely compressed, if I remember correctly. Can someone else verify? I believe this is right, but just wondering if someone else can back it up? Hope this helps. By the way, how are you adjusting it? About the only way to get it all the way set it to use a hydraulic press on the fingers. Put the PP on the press so that the friction surface is not what you are supporting it on...support the bottom off it on the outside edge of the PP, roughly where the bolts for mounting it to the flywheel go. Then, using something on the press, a steel plate or something for more surface area to touch all the fingers on the PP, slowly compress the press. Try to lightly move the ring inside that you need to adjust, while applying more pressure. When you reach the correct amount of compression of the fingers, the ring will all the sudden turn without hardly any effort. Then push the ring ALL THE WAY counterclockwise, hold it in that position, and slowly let the pressure off of it. It should then be correctly set!

Default yes

and was the writing put on it before it was sent to you by VAST? If so, looks like the orange line still lines up, so it hasn't moved during shipping.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2718406.phtml</a

Default Yes, this is exactly how I recieved it from them. I'm surprised it didn't move during shipping...

with all the bumping and banging they do in the truck.

Default Perhaps that it correct...I just seem to remember that spring being even more compressed on

mine...and for the record...UPS must have dropped mine cuz it was WAY off....completely engaged. Had to put it in the press and readjust it

Yep. I just replaced my clutch 2 weeks ago and had to reset it. It looked like that after I reset.
