Default That would be your Twin Turbos spooooooooooling !!!

Turbos often sound high pitched... When the S4 Biturbos spool up, they do make a very distinct and noticable sound. I for one, Love it !

Default I have to agree with you on that one!

I have to just drive slow and make them spool every now and then. Makes me feel tingly inside.

Default V6 with 5 valves per can make some noise.

When I first opened my hood I thought there was something wrong...but when you think about it the car is just normal:

BEcause it's a V6 the engine is going to shake a little because of the offset. All the Vs that I have seen have shook, especially V8s.

As for the sewing noise when you have 30 valves all moving at once you can't help but to click a little.

Of course I could be totally wrong and our engines could be fubared

Mine does it too.. though the sound seems to have subsided a little in since I bought it on Friday night.. especially after driving.

At least we can say it seems to be inherent to the car.

Yes, and I believe it's all the valves, and the injectors. Lots of relays and solonoids on this car
